1、對項目進行前期調查、收集整理相關資料，制定初步的項目可行性研究報告，為決策層提供建議;
2、對項目進行分析和需求策劃;

任職條件
1.本科以上學歷，3年以上項目管理工作經驗;

3.具備系統的資料收集、整理能力，及良好的文字處理能力;
4.具備較強的邏輯思維能力，敏銳的觀察能力和獨立分析能力;
5.良好的溝通表達能力和組織協調能力，富有進取創新精神和團隊合作意識;熟練運用數據分析軟件及項目管理軟件;
6.具有良好的協作、溝通和指導技能，具備團隊協作精神。

第2篇 高級項目管理工程師崗位職責
工作職責:
1.負責新項目立項工作,分析項目可行性,制定項目目標,以滿足客戶需求;
2.負責領導跨部門的項目團隊,合理協調資源和定期組織項目會議,以完成項目各階段的時間、成本、質量目標,按時完成項目的kpi考核;
3.對于正常開展的項目,定期保持和維護客戶關系;
4.定期對項目進展進行跟蹤(項目時間計劃/預算/質量)并制作進度匯報文件;
5.負責項目的風險識別,及時采取風險預防措施,并及時升級上報;
6.按時完成領導交辦的其他任務,配合相關部門完成工作。
能力要求:
1.非常熟悉汽車主要廠商開發流程和相關規范,有熟悉國外oem者優先;
2.熟悉供應商質量管理的相關規范和質量管理規范;
3.熟悉動力總成零件開發流程及關鍵項控制,熟悉渦輪增壓器開發者優先;
4.分清工作優先級順序開展工作;
5.非常好的問題解決能力;
6.愿意接受挑戰和在壓力下工作,良好的溝通和快速的學習能力,開放的頭腦和邏輯思維;
職位要求;
1.具有至少本科學歷, 機械工程或汽車相關專業;
2.5年以上項目管理經驗,具備汽車發動機方面相關的項目管理經驗;
3.具有渦輪增壓器產品項目管理經驗者優先;
4.熟悉汽車行業標準iatf16949和五大管理工具apqp,fmea,msa,spc,ppap;
5.熟悉excel,ms project、ppt和erpa,熟悉pro/e或catia者優先;
6.英語書寫及口語表達流利;
