工藝工程部經理 作為工藝工程部經理,您的主要職責是直接參與和協調工藝工程部各項活動,包括但不限于以下項目:
provide leadership, manages and mentors employees in process engineering department,ensure design and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and related management work in an excellent implementation.
領導部門,并對部門員工提供指導,確保生產工藝、設備的設計和實施及相關管理工作有序開展。
responsible for preparing short-term and long-term technology development planning, technical transformation planning and implementation.
負責組織編制公司短期和長遠技術發展規劃,制定技術改造計劃,負責技術改造計劃實施中的技術工作。
plans, attracts, recruit and develops best local talent for short and long term needs of the business.
計劃、吸引、招聘和培養優秀的本地人才,滿足業務短期和長期的需求。
develop and maintain strong working relationships with manufacturing teams to include technical support and manufacturing feasibility
與制造團隊建立并保持良好的工作關系,包括技術支持和制造可行性。
ensure the operation of the process engineering department meets the factory kpi.
確保工藝工程部的運行情況達成制定的kpi。
have the capability of aiag and iatf16949 related management techniques, such as five major tools.
具備aiag及iatf16949相關管理手法,例如五大工具書。
familiar with the process and design of equipment, mold, clip, fixture.
熟悉設備、模、夾、治具的工藝與設計。
responsible for continuous improvement of process, cost, quality, production and vave promotion.
負責工藝、成本、質量、生產持續改進與vave推進。
develop internal ctc procedures in-line with global opms framework.
推動中國技術中心內部流程使用全球opms(orhan計劃管理系統)的方法和程序。
handle additional related tasks as may be needed from time to time.
不定時分配的相關工廠的其他工作。
