第1篇 窯爐工程師崗位職責

負責窯爐操作培訓的管理,窯爐設備的監控,解決窯爐問題,窯爐各參數的檢查及校正。
responsible for manage training on kiln operation, monitor kiln equipment, resolve kiln problem,verify kiln datas.
specific responsibilities
按計劃切換風機及制定操作工檢查風機程序,確保窯爐正常運轉,減少設備故障;
switch the fan and set up the fan inspection procedure. make sure smooth operation of the kiln and reduce equipment downtime.
檢查、監控窯爐溫度,保證溫度在范圍內,必要時進行校正;
check and monitor kiln temperature. make sure temperature is under spec and adjust as necessary.
每月對窯爐煤氣、空氣壓力進行檢查一次,必要時進行校正;
monly check gas and air pressure for the kiln and adjust as necessary.
根據生產計劃的變化,及時調整進車速度及溫度;
adjust kiln entrance speed and temperature per production plan.
對司爐員進行理論與實際方面的培訓;
train kiln operators on experience and operation skill.
分析窯爐燒成問題,并與窯爐技術經理商討解決方法;
analyze firing problem and communicate with kiln manager for resolution.
改善窯爐操作,降低燃耗,減少窯爐缺陷;
improve kiln operation to reduce fuel consumption.
對自己的安全行為/安全績效負責;
resposible to safety behavior/ safety performance for oneself.
執行本部門的環境目標、指標負責;
responsible for performing dept. entironment goal and guide line.
環境工作程序負責。
responsierforming corresponding entironment sop.
對本區域的環境因素的識別負責;
responsible for performing identify area entironment factors.
完成上級安排的其他工作。
accomplish any other assignment as assigned by superior.

向噴釉窯爐經理匯報
report to spray/kiln manager.
organization relationship: (internal contact)
與分級工及噴釉工程師、工段長密切接觸.
close contact with fpp,spray engineer and spray foreman.
education and competency requirements
education required:
本科及以上,陶瓷專業
bachelor degree or above, major in prottery.
experience required:
在陶瓷行業工作3年以上
3 years above the sanitary ware working experience.
equipment used
計算機,窯爐控制方面的使用
computer , and use the kiln control.
knowledge/skill required
計算機技能、溝通技能
computer ability/communication ability.

第2篇 窯爐設計工程師崗位職責
職責描述:
1.熱能工程、過程裝備與控制工程等專業,本科以上學歷;
2.有能力從事鍋爐、工業窯爐的設計工作,有五年以上在鍋爐設計單位或設計院從事設計、調試的從業經驗;熟悉鍋爐或者工業窯爐的熱力、隔熱、保溫等計算,具有研發新窯爐的經驗優先;
3.熟悉鍋爐或者工業窯爐的隔熱設計及計算、材料的選擇和其施工方法;
4.熟悉應用auotocad、ansys、office等辦公軟件。
