            formulate correction plan and countermeasures as necessary to support

            ⑦ execute periodic 3c analysis to see changes and future prospects, and to

            support the bh and ka units for thier high agility operation

            ② knowledge of ec business trading (trading system, marketing method,

            etc.)

            ③ understanding of ecrm

            ④ working experience in fmcg, cosmtic strategy (3 years)

            ⑤ english ability for negotiation in business

            ⑥ business experience with alibaba, jd

            ⑦ strong communication skills to worlk with in/out stakeholders, and to

            build relationship of trust & cooperation

            2、深入分析區域內酒店的情況,洞察酒店入住率不足的深刻原因,包括但不限于評分、店內流量、渠道、定價、周邊客源等等,設計和制定解決方案來提高入住率。

            3、發起跨部門的營收增長項目,以達成本區域內各酒店入住率提升的目標,使用一切可以使用的方式,并對效果及roi進行評估。

            4、與相應部門協作,推動渠道改善及優化,推動新客源的拓展,使渠道組合最切合本區域酒店的發展階段及客源特征
