職位描述：
qualification: (knowledge， skills， competencies)
1.bachelor degree or above in animal science and medicine or biology related major; the candidate with veterinarian or laboratory animal background preferable; working experience in laboratory animal facility or veterinary clinics preferable; working experience with large animal preferable；
2.good communication capability， candidate with english capability would be given priority；
3.be able to work independently， attention to details， passionate about animals， be enthusiastic on laboratory animal science and management career ;
4.good command of office software， e.g. word， excel; capable of organization and management， accept working overtime after daily work， at weekends or on holidays， if required；
職位要求：
1.本科及以上學歷，動物科學、動物醫學或相關生物類專業。有獸醫、實驗動物教育背景或在實驗動物設施、獸醫院工作經歷優先。熟悉嚙齒類實驗動物飼養的工作并有相應管理經驗經歷優先。
2.良好的溝通能力，具有一定的英語能力優先。
3.能夠獨立工作，細心，愛護動物，愿意從事實驗動物科學/管理工作。
4.有文字處理，電子表格的電腦知識。有組織統籌和團隊管理能力。由于工作需要，也有可能在下班，周末或者假日期間加班。
responsibilities:
1.responsible for the routine operation of laboratory rodent facility， including management of husbandry team， facility management， consumables management， documents management， etc；
2.cooperate with colleagues and deliver tasks as planned， including business unit， veterinarian department， qa department， equipment department， facility department， etc；
3.assist the veterinarians in implementation of animal welfare procedures， monitoring any procedures related to animals to ensure the compliance with related guidelines and sop；
4.involved in drafting， reviewing and renewing the sops associated with management of laboratory rodents；
5.responsible for interfacing with external agencies， assuring the operation of animal facility is in compliance with pertinent regulations；
職責：
1.負責管理嚙齒類實驗動物設施的日常工作，包括飼養人員管理，動物設施管理，耗材管理，文件管理等相關工作。
2.協助內部同事完成相應的工作，包括業務部門、獸醫部門、質量管理部門、設備部門、設施部門等。
3.協助獸醫同事確保設施內動物福利措施的執行，監督任何涉及動物的流程使其符合相關指導原則和操作規程。
4.參與編寫，審查和更新的嚙齒類實驗動物飼養管理相關標準操作規程。
5.負責與外部的機構溝通協調，保證動物設施的運營符合相關規范。
